55 Days | Mark Gatiss (with a bit of Douglas Henshall for good measure)
(x)
Also Mark signed my Sherlock book, (as he wrote the foreword) and I told him how much I loved the show and thanked him for making it.
My parents friend was in 55 Days with Mark Gatiss and Douglas Henshall, and we went to see it yesterday. He knows I’m a fan of both of them, so he told me to go to the box office when I arrived and pick something up. It was a card signed by the three of them. It says: ‘To Anna, love from, Douglas Henshall x’, ‘To Anna, Best, Jem x’ and ‘To Anna, With love, Mark Gatiss, Carolus Rex x’.
Mark Gatiss and Douglas Henshall wrote me a card and left it in the box office. This is too good
So my mum’s friend is an actor, and he’s in this play, which my mum wanted me to go see with her. I agreed, because I like plays, but I found out today it has Mark Gatiss and Douglas Henshall in it. I’m so excited!! And hopefully afterwards we’ll see Jem and then he’ll be like ‘come meet my friend’ and then I’ll become besties with Mark and Douglas and it will be wonderful. And also we’re going on closing night, which I’ve always wanted to do!
Now…I do not scare easily AT ALL when it comes to tv shows, movies and such.
BUT THIS IS FUCKING CREEPY
Therefore I believe it is time for a SING ALOOOONNNG!
Lyrics are (I’m not sure about the first line):
Tick, tock, goes the clock, and what things shall we see?
Tick, tock, until the day, that thou shall marry me.
Tick, tock, goes the clock, and all the years they fly.
Tick, tock, and all too soon, you and I must die.
Tick, tock, goes the clock, we laughed at fate and mourned her.
Tick, tock, goes the clock, even for the Doc [fades away]
Tick, tock, goes the clock, he cradled and he rocked her.
Tick, tock, goes the clock, even for the Doctor.
Oh Mark Gatiss, Why can’t you be my…Uncle, or something? You are a truely, truely beautifulcreature of brilliancehuman being.
